You will must likely have to change IP addresses. The IP address assigned to your web hosting account by your web host is either owned by the datacenter or your web host. The IP address is not portable to a new web host.
The only exception to being able to keep your IP address is if you decide to maintain your web hosting account with your existing web host or you have paid thousands of dollars and own a large chuck of IP addresses that you are actually the owner of.
