The CentOS project has announced that CentOS 6.8 is now available for i386 and x86_64. CentOS 6.8 is based on the source code for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6.8.
Some major changes with CentOS 6.8:
-XFS file system can now support a maximum size of 300 TB
-squid 3.4 is now available
-enhancements made for Hyper-V
-SSLv3 has been disabled by default
-TLSv1.2 is now enabled by default
