Equinix completes buyout of TelecityGroup
Datacenter operator Equinix has announced that the company has completed its acquisition of TelecityGroup. With the acquisition of TelecityGroup’s assets, Equinix is now Europe’s largest datacenter operator. The transaction was valued at $3.8 billion dollars.
