Answer:The free and Pro plan includes some limited DDoS protection. Any significant DDoS attack would probably require an upgrade to the higher priced plan.
CloudFlare provides advance DDoS protection for one domain for the price of $200 dollars per month. If the size of the attack is really large and sophisticated then CloudFlare will ask that you upgrade to the Enterprise plan instead of using the Business plan. The Enterprise plan requires a quote from CloudFlare.
The Enterprise plan’s DDoS protection includes Layer 3, Layer 4, and Layer 7 protection.
