United Internet the parent company of 1and1, is reportedly taking a look at buying Host Europe Group. Bloomberg is reporting that United Internet is working with advisors to draft a possible bid for Host Europe Group. It has been reported that Deutsche Telekom is also taking a look at Host Europe Group.
No known bids have been publicly disclosed but it is apparent that Host Europe Group is up for sale and its owner is looking for an exit.
